Family Beaches in Antalya Kas – Akcagerme beach

Akcagerme beach, which is among the most beautiful beaches of Kas district according to many people, is located on the Kas Kalkan road. It is 4 km away from the town center of Kas. The bay where the beach is located is one of the largest in the region.

The beach, which was awarded the blue flag in 2009 with its clean and clear water, has a length of 200 meters. It is one of the beaches frequented by both domestic and foreign tourists. The water floor and outer surface of Akcagerme beach have a small pebble structure. For this reason, it is recommended that you bring your sea shoes when you come to the beach.

The sea, which is not very cold, has a rather shallow and waveless structure. Therefore, the beach is considered very suitable for children and people who do not know how to swim. There is a facility run by the students of Kas Tourism and Vocational High School where you can meet your various needs such as eating and drinking on the beach.

There are sunbeds, umbrellas, WC, shower cabins, changing cabins and parking services on the beach. Since the beach is a public beach, the entrance is free, but you have to pay for umbrellas and sun loungers.

In addition, the beach offers the opportunity to do many different sports activities. The beach has a volleyball court, playground, beach volleyball court, amphitheater, basketball court, pool, beach bar and water slides.
